About ValueBond, the first 'cost free' giving App

For Consumers - ValueBond is a cost free giving App. It allows consumers to donate to charity free of cost when they scan the ValueBond code or any barcode which is running a ValueBond campaign and interact with a brand. Each campaign contains an incentive for the consumer to scan ie free offer or competition etc

For Companies - ValueBond is a brand interaction and awareness App. It allows brands to change static posters and print adverts in to digital media creating an interactive experience for their consumers. Additionally it raises the public awareness of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and allows value to be added to their corporate giving.

For Charities – ValueBond is a fundraising App. It allows charities to provide an ethical marketing tool to their business sponsors which encourages fundraising and charity awareness. The amount donated by the business community can be increase when a business benefit is shown from the marketing exercise.

Touching the 'Giving and Getting' Button

Once this button is touched you will be redirected to the offer and the donation will be given to charity once the Bond is complete ie you have viewed the advert or registered for the offer or completed the survey etc. The number of potential options are varied but fall into the categories below

Why ValueBond

ValueBond was started in 2005 as the world's first charity loyalty program and has been developing ever since. Its founder, Gareth Llewelyn's, vision has always been to tie charitable cost free giving to everyday events such as shopping or travelling. In the past 2 years, the advent of the smart phone has put much more technology in the hands of the consumer and this has allowed ValueBond to expand its reach into all consumers.

The idea being that each person who has the ValueBond App can help someone less fortunate than themselves by scanning a ValueBond code while costing them nothing. In effect their action triggers a donation paid for by the sponsoring company. The sponsoring company gets the consumer to take part in some form of promotion which does not involve the consumer spending anything.

The objective of the ValueBond program is to mobilise many millions of people to help raise money for charity though there actions and without costing them a thing.
